Thick cut traditional, dry cured gammon slices. Rind on for crispy crackling on the edges. Our preference is to oven bake, the rind crackles and the gammon stays soft and moist... delicious!

Our Gammon packs are priced by weight.
Each Gammon pack has a single slice. The smaller the slice, the lighter the pack, so these will be the lower priced packs.
At the other end of the scale, the larger the slice, the heavier the pack, so these will be the higher priced packs.
