Dry Cured Smoked back bacon
Rind on, smoked dry cured back bacon. Loin joints from our Welsh pigs are hand salted to create this dry cured bacon. No added water, no white residue when you cook it, just good old fashioned bacon as it should be!
Supplied vacuum packed. Suitable for home freezing.
Our bacon packs are priced by weight.
Each Smoked Back Bacon pack has 4 rashers. The smaller the rashers, the lighter the pack, so these will be the lower priced packs.
At the other end of the scale, the larger the rashers, the heavier the pack, so these will be the higher priced packs.
